The Bourbon County Health Department, in a partnership with University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension is hosting a four-week series of classes to help you control your diabetes.  These classes begin at 5:30 pm and usually last 1 hour, classes are open to the public and are free of charge.

Each class includes a lesson about an important topic related to diabetes control, a healthy recipe with testing, and physical activity.
