The Bourbon County Health Department is leading a group of stakeholders to complete a community assessment process.  The information in this report was gathered from both primary and secondary sources of data.  Over 459 community surveys were completed to determine the top 10 health issues for Bourbon County.  Please click here to view the community assessment.
